Brenda Jasmin is a speaker, psychological safety facilitator and resilience trainer who is passionate about helping people increase their resilience and overall well-being.
Brenda has been designing, developing, and facilitating professional and personal development workshops for corporations, organizations, and individuals for over 20 years.
Brenda is an award-winning learning and development professional who is a recipient of the Ontario Top Training Excellence Recognition Award from the Institute for Performance and Learning (formerly Canadian Society for Training & Development) for her corporate training program development.
Throughout her career, Brenda has developed and delivered training for companies such as Bosch Canada, Compass Group Canada, Takeda Canada, Wolseley Canada, Provisions Food Company, Delmanor, Sprint Canada, Manulife Financial, American Express, National Bank of Canada and Toronto Metropolitan University (formerly Ryerson).
Brenda has a B.A. in Psychology from Western University, and holds a Certificate in Applied Positive Psychology (CAPP).
Brenda is a certified Bounce Back Better® resilience trainer, Flourishing Skills Group® facilitator
Brenda is a Master Trainer who has delivered “Train-the-Trainer” programs in customer service, team building and management training. Brenda is also a Certified Life Coach and Applied Positive Psychology Coach.
Brenda designed and developed the online Happiness Habits Academy course, a video-based positive psychology program that focuses on Resilient Thinking, Optimism, Practicing Gratitude, Overcoming Overthinking, Signature Strengths, and Relationships.
Brenda also hosts the She Flourishes podcast, which launched into the Top 10 on Apple Podcasts in the education category the first week it aired.
Brenda is committed to helping people experience greater well-being and personal mastery by teaching them how to apply research-based tools from the science of positive psychology and resilience.
Brenda loves being in nature, travelling, downhill skiing, and stand up paddle boarding.. She loves sharing her passion for the field of positive psychology. She is the proud mother of two adult children who are both in university. Brenda and her husband live in the suburbs of Toronto, Ontario with their Labrador retriever, Cali.
